About this archive
Andrew Mitchell, PhD, came to Kumamoto as a MEXT scholar in 2014 and later became an assistant professor at Kumamoto University. Following the 2016 earthquakes, he helped found KEEP to record foreign residents’ experiences and improve disaster preparedness across language and cultural boundaries.
Materials are retained in their original formats. Copyright and related rights remain with the credited publishers, broadcasters, photographers and authors. This family-maintained collection is presented for archival, educational and research reference.
